We are a Public Limited Company, based in India, engaged in manufacturing a wide range of Castings & Forgings required in various industries like automobile, general engineering, mining, agriculture and the like. Our manufacturing units have a long-standing experience of over 26 years, in engineering small, precision and intricate steel forgings, and centrifugally cast cylinder liners for our domestic and international customers.
Our Registered Office is located in Bangalore and manufacturing plants are situated at Shimoga & Chikkaballapur, both in the state of Karnataka in South India. Our competence and vast experience is evidenced by the fact that we have developed more than 1000 models of Cylinder Liners, and close to 500 types of both Carbonand Alloy Steel Forgings for Indian and Overseas markets alike. Apart from manufacturing standard liner models, we customise liners as per clients’ specifications. We have primarily been catering to African markets so far.
Our Mentors: Our Company is promoted by Mr. Sathish Shastry, who has extensive experience in this business domain. He is a mechanical engineer and possesses over 26 years of industrial experience. Our other promoters include Mr. Umesh Shastry, a graduate in science having 26 years of foundry experience. He offers his invaluable contribution in managing the manufacturing plants. Similarly, Mrs. Hema Sathish who is a science graduate and Ms. Supriya.S, an alumni of Rotterdam Business School, The Netherlands, manage the administration and finances respectively.
World-Class Infrastructure: We have a well-established infrastructure, which includes modern production unit, quality control division, spacious warehouse, and packaging & delivery department. Our manufacturing units are well organised and well equipped with the latest machines enabling our professionals to turnout good quality products for our esteemed clients.
Quality Assurance: We have been active players in this business sphere for over 26 years and that has been possible, only due to the matchless quality of our products. We have a team of qualified and skilled engineers and technicians capable of satisfying customers by offering good quality products. Our Quality Assurance team closely monitors the entire manufacturing process, right from procurement of raw materials to packaging & delivery. The forging unit of the company has already gained ISO 9001:2000 certifications while our cylinder liner-manufacturing unit is on the verge of implementing an ISO 9001:2000 systems.
